Best concert venues in New Jersey

A concert is a unique opportunity to experience live music in a community setting. While the quality of the musicians has a large impact on the nature of he performance, it is certainly not the only relevant factor. In fact, when it comes to enjoying live music, the venue is especially important. A good venue will provide seating, lighting, temperature control and overall acoustics. New Jersey has many renowned concert venues throughout the state. For the best of the very best, check out these venues.

1. Bader Field. Located in Egg Harbor Township, Bader Field used to be an airfield. However, it was closed to air traffic in the early 1990s and was quickly developed for other purposes. In addition to a baseball field and skating rink, it also has a popular spot for outdoor concerts. Bands like Dave Matthews, Metallica and Phish have all performed there, leveraging the open space for a great open-air ambiance.

2. Caesars Circus Maximus. As part of Caesars in Atlantic City, it is no surprise that this theater is well regarded across the country. The venue is clean and well designed, ensuring that every seat is a good seat. Because of the quality of the facilities, Caesars Circus Maximus attracts well-known names from around the world. One Ocean is Shamu by day. This educational show is great for the kids. You’ll love it, too.
